This individual is super intelligent, a quick learner, has a public speaking background- they present extremely well and is able to work autonomously and as part of  team. This individual is currently in a position that involves online media performance and data analysis. There they are driving data analysis for a digital marketing, overseeing social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), a blog, and an email campaign. In this role, they responsible for analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with the content team to tailor new content based on findings.

The problems that excite this individual the most are thinking about how consumers make decisions and how they can be driven to a desired outcome. As a result, they are interested in pursuing a role that utilizes data to identify trends in user behavior and then leverages identified trends to optimize marketing strategies. This person has a strong quantitative background, and feels that data analysis is a strength, so would ideally like to continue to have the opportunity to work with data. Aside from utilizing data, they value being able to do strategic work. They find the process of taking an insight that they’ve generated, thinking about the 'so what', and implementing an action based on the so what to be very fulfilling. 

We are working with a solid Programmatic Supervisor candidate local to NYC, open to local hybrid or remote roles.  They are managing 3 but is still on hands-on keyboard in DSPs for execution while leading strategy and is client-facing. They have worked across various accounts including financial and consumer, with monthly budgets ranging from $100k- $300k.They have been with their current agency since 2019 and have been promoted from within during their tenure.  They present very well and is reasonable in their salary requirement for a new role ($90k- $95k).
